What We Do

Offer Pathways to Employment

Whether your motivation for volunteering is to meet new people, gain skills or build your CV, Pathways to Employment offers 16-25 year olds who are not in education, employment or training(NEET) with rewarding volunteering experiences which could lead to employment.

Provide Volunteering Opportunities

Working with a wide range of organisations within the private and public sector, we are always on the look out for current volunteering opportunities that provide skills and experiences to move young people towards employment.

By carefully matching the volunteer with the ideal opportunity, we aim to ensure that the experience focuses on allowing the individual to try new things and build their skills.

Training and Placements

We recognise that volunteers need on-going support throughout their placement, and so the P to E team works closely with each individual. We also provide training to address specific needs and assist volunteers to gain necessary skills and qualifications useful for employment.

Capacity Building

The P to E project also provides opportunities for organisations to host volunteers. In addition, whether you need advice developing an induction pack or wish to improve your volunteer systems, Pathways to Employment offers support to hosts to enhance their organisational capacity.
